Quick TLDR Guide
1.1.
Boss Route & Abilities:
- The room is split into three areas. The area you drag the boss into will dictate where you are playing that part of the fight.
- Each area features one type of egg more than the other two.
- Healers: Ingest Black Blood will deal raid wide damage.
- Avoid Vile Discharge.
- Sanguine Overflow will slowly expand from the container toward the edge of the section. Deal with the eggs from the ones closest to the container to the edge. Below is an example route we've put together.
- Several players are marked with Experimental Dosage. These players must go to an egg each to break it. This will spawn adds (as detailed in the section below). Kill them.
- Any unbroken eggs or adds that touch the Sanguine Overflow will become empowered. Aim to prevent this from happening.
- Tanks: Swap on Volatile Concoction and ensure you are at full health before it expires.
- Heroic - Healers: Dispel Sticky Web from players when they have moved away from the group.
1.2.
Eggs:
- Big Eggs have Colossal Spiders inside them. These need to be picked up by a Tank and placed under the boss. These are the lowest priority for DPS.
- Medium Eggs have Voracious Worms inside them. These worms cannot be moved, and Tanks should ensure the boss is on top of them. Keep Poison Burst interrupted.
- Clusters of Eggs: These will spawn multiple Blood Parasites. These will fixate on a player and if it reaches them, they will Infest and multiply. Group these together and AoE them down. These are the highest priority for DPS.

Strategy Guide: Full Guide
- The room is split into three areas. The area you drag the boss into will dictate where you are playing that part of the fight.
- Each area features one type of egg more than the other two.
- We would recommend following a route similar to the below image.
1.3.
Boss Abilities:
- Shortly after dragging the boss, it will run towards the canister on the edge of the room and Ingest Black Blood. This will deal raid-wide damage, and Vile Discharge pools will appear on the ground. Avoid these.
- Now that the area of the room has been decided, Sanguine Overflow will slowly expand from the container toward the edge of the section. If this Sanguine Overflow ever touches an egg or an add, they will become empowered, increasing their health by 50% and empowering their abilities. It is recommended to follow a route for clearing eggs to ensure that no egg ever gets empowered.
- If an egg ever gets touched by Sanguine Overflow, the egg will burst open and trigger Caustic Reaction.
- Experimental Dosage
- Experimental Dosage targets several players and these players must go to an egg each to break it.
- Failing to break an egg with Experimental Dosage will essentially guarantee that an egg at some point in the phase will be empowered.
- Breaking an egg with Experimental Dosage will spawn adds corresponding to their egg type (detailed in the section below).
- Priortise killing the adds when any are alive.
- Tanks: Volatile Concoction
- Swap on the boss when Volatile Concoction is cast.
- Volatile Concoction applies an 8-second DoT, and raid-wide damage will trigger at the end of the DoT.
- The damage of the raid-wide ability is based on the missing health of the tank. Ensure you are at or as close to 100% HP when this expires.
1.4.
Handling the adds from the Eggs:
- Big Eggs - Colossal Spiders:
- These need to be picked up by a Tank and placed under the boss.
- The Colossal Spiders will use Vicious Bite on the tank, which both deal a large amount of Nature damage and deals increased damage per attack.
- Be ready with defensive cooldowns if DPS are struggling with other adds.
- These are the lowest priority for DPS.
- Mutated Effect: When the Colossal Spider is muted, it will gain 50% Health and apply Necrotic Wound with each Vicious Bite.
- Medium Eggs - Voracious Worms
- These worms cannot be moved, and Tanks should ensure the boss is on top of them.
- They will continually cast Poison Burst which can be interrupted.
- Mutated Effect: When the Voracious Worm is muted, it will gain 50% Health and have 100% increased casting speed.
- Clusters of Eggs - Blood Parasites
- Each of these eggs has 4 Blood Parasites in them.
- These will fixate on a player, and if it reaches them, they will Infest and multiply.
- Group these together and AoE them down. These are the highest priority for DPS.
- Mutated Effect: When the Blood Parasites are muted, they will gain 50% Health and gain 10% movement speed every second.
1.5.
Heroic Changes:
- Sticky Web is applied to a few players. This will put a radius circle around them and slow them by 70%.
- Once removed or dispelled, this will also apply Sticky Web to any players in the radius circle.
2.
Mythic Strategy
Currently, this tab will only contain information on what changes on Mythic. A more robust strategy will be added after the raid goes live.
1.6.
Mythic Changes:
- The primary egg type of each quadrant is mutated by default.
- 2x Experimental Dosage is required to break an egg.
