Council of Dornogal Renown Guide

Council of Dornogal is the first major faction you will encounter in the War Within Expansion.

Renown is shared between all members of your Warband in the War Within. The maximum Renown you can earn in the War Within is 25.

You can increase your Renown with the faction by completing the Theater Troupe event, Isle of Dorn World Quests, defeating Rares and opening Treasure Chests in the zone.

Additionally, you will also receive reputation from the Khaz Algar Lore Hunter achievement and from the Weekly Quests Bonus Event quest if you choose to increase your Renown with the faction.

You will find your current Renown standing with the faction by clicking on the Khaz Algar Summary Tab button on your minimap.

Auditor Balwurz, located at 39.2, 24.32 in the Foundation Hall of Dornogal, is the quartermaster of the faction.

Contract: Council of Dornogal is an item from Inscription that you can use every week. It grants your whole Warband additional reputation while completing World Quests in Khaz Algar.

For Council of Dornogal, you must reach rank 15 with the faction.

Cornerstone of Dornogal is received upon reaching rank 25 with the faction. It grants credit towards the War Within Renown meta-achievement ( Khaz Algar Diplomat).

New Renown rewards become available as you increase your reputation with the faction. They include free gear upgrade materials, quartermaster wares, and more.

• Level 1: Convening With the Council — You have begun to gain Renown with the Council of Dornogal.
• Level 2: Council's Collection I — You may acquire a level 72 cloak (item level 467) from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 2: Honorary Councilmember's Cloak — You may acquire a cosmetic cloak from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 3: Performing Artist — You may now assist with performances at The Proscenium. (Requires level 80)
• Level 3: Pouch of Resonance Crystals — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Pouch of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 4: Earth-Encrusted Gem — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive an Earth-Encrusted Gem. This can be used to purchase a cosmetic ensemble from Osidion in Dornogal.
• Level 5: Pouch of Resonance Crystals — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Pouch of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 5: Earthen Works — You may acquire recipes for Stormbound Armor Kit, Enchant Chest - Council's Intellect, and Contract: Council of Dornogal from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 6: Weathered Harbinger Crests — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive 15 Weathered Harbinger Crests. These can be used to increase an item's level.
• Level 7: Council's Collection II — You may acquire Veteran Shoulder armor (item level 584) from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 7: Valorstones — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive Valorstones. These can be used to empower equipment with Cuzolth in Dornogal and other item upgrade vendors.
• Level 8: The Show Must Go On I — Speak to Wedneline at The Proscenium to have her assist you during performances, giving you a speed boost for the duration.
• Level 8: Earth-Encrusted Gem — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive an Earth-Encrusted Gem. This can be used to purchase cosmetic ensembles from Osidion in Dornogal.
• Level 8: Pouch of Resonance Crystals — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Pouch of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 9: Weathered Harbinger Crests — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive 15 Weathered Harbinger Crests. These can be used to increase an item's level.
• Level 10: Honorary Councilmember's Tabard — Speak to Auditor Balwurz at Dornogal to receive the Honorary Councilmember's Tabard.
• Level 10: The Show Must Go On II — Speak to Elma at The Proscenium to have her assist you during performances, giving you points throughout the performance.
• Level 11: Carved Harbinger Crests — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive 15 Carved Harbinger Crests. These can be used to increase an item's level.
• Level 12: Satchel of Resonance Crystals — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Satchel of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 12: Profession Knowledge — You may acquire profession knowledge for Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, and Tailoring from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 13: Down on the Farm — You may acquire Loamy from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 14: The Show Must Go On III — Speak to Rabaan at The Proscenium to gain access to a costume chest outside of performances.
• Level 14: Rocking and Rolling — You may acquire Rockslidomancer's Stone from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 15: Honorary Councilmember's Spaulders — You may acquire cosmetic shoulders from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 16: Council's Collection III — You may acquire Champion feet armor (item level 597) from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 17: Restored Coffer Key — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Restored Coffer Key.
• Level 17: Resonance Crystals — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Satchel of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 17: Valorstones — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive Valorstones. These can be used to empower equipment with Cuzolth in Dornogal and other item upgrade vendors.
• Level 18: In the Pastures — You may acquire a Shale Ramolith from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 18: Trove of Resonance Crystals — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Trove of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 19: Carved Harbinger Crests — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive 15 Carved Harbinger Crests. These can be used to increase an item's level.
• Level 20: Earth-Encrusted Gem — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive an Earth-Encrusted Gem. This can be used to purchase a cosmetic ensemble from Osidion in Dornogal.
• Level 20: Trove of Resonance Crystals — Speak wth Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Trove of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 21: The Show Must Go On IV — Speak to Burkhalt at The Proscenium to have him assist you during performances, giving you bonus Resonance Crystals.
• Level 22: Valorstones — Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive Valorstones. These can be used to empower equipment with Cuzolth in Dornogal and other item upgrade vendors.
• Level 23: Busy Bee — You may acquire a Smoldering Cinderbee mount from Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal.
• Level 24: A Heroic Reward — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive an Enchanted Runed Harbinger Crest. This can be used as an optional reagent to increase a crafted item's level up to 606.
• Level 24: Trove of Resonance Crystals — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Trove of Resonance Crystals.
• Level 25: Carved Harbinger Crests — Speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive 15 Carved Harbinger Crests. These can be used to increase an item's level.
• Level 25: Formed Under Pressure — You may bear the title "Honorary Councilmember" to honor your contributions to the Council of Dornogal.
