Talents Summary
Shaman Tree Talent Highlights
- Stone Bulwark Totem provides a defensive absorption shield.
- Lightning Lasso is available without using a PvP Talent.
- Totemic Projection is critical for the use with Static Field Totem and repositioning enemies, mainly melee teams.
- Thunderous Paws, Winds of Al'Akir, and Gust of Wind gives mobility to reposition or get away.

- Overflowing Maelstrom allows your spenders to benefit from ten stacks of Maelstrom Weapon, making spenders even more powerful.
- Elemental Assault allows for increased Maelstrom Weapon generation through Stormstrike. This makes the rotation of Enhancement Shaman feel more smooth.
Enhancement Shaman Hero Tree Talent Highlights
The Stormbringer specialization for Enhancement Shaman focuses on using Tempest to deal significant damage, along with providing secondary stats and secondary effects increasing overall damage output.
- Tempest: Replacing Lightning Bolt, deals significant damage and cleaves.
- Unlimited Power: Spending Maelstrom grants 1% haste for 15 seconds, stacking.
- Stormcaller: Increases critical strike chance for your Nature damage by 5% and critical strike damage of Nature spells by 5%.
- Rolling Thunder: Tempest summons a Nature Feral Spirit for 15 seconds.
- Storm Swell: When Tempest only strikes a single target, gain 3 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon.
- Awakening Storms: Stormstrike, Lightning Bolt, and Chain Lightning have a chance to strike the target for Nature damage. Increasing the passive damage by the Enhancement Shaman.
- Surging Currents: After using Tempest the next Healing Surge will be instant cast and consume no mana. Adding to the healing abilities for the Enhancement Shaman.
Overall, the Stormbringer Hero talents for Enhancement Shaman are very offensive, and increases the overall Enhancement Shaman's damaging abilities.
PvP Talents for Enhancement Shaman
You can choose 3 of the following PvP talents. Each of them has their uses, but some are better for certain strategies than others. The top three choices are the most useful but can be replaced with other PvP talents, depending on your team's goal.
Mandatory PvP Talents
Grounding Totem summons an Air Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster that will redirect all harmful spells cast on a nearby party or raid member to itself. Will not redirect area of effect spells. It lasts 3 seconds. This is a crucial talent for both you and your teammates. You should use this to "ground" crowd control like Polymorph or Cyclone or large spells like Ebonbolt.
Static Field Totem has only around 5K HP, but can be an important factor when going for burst for a kill. This will allow you to get off your damage without being kited. This traps the enemy team within the circle. This can also be moved, dragging the enemy using Totemic Projection.
Situational PvP Talents
Ride the Lightning is a great passive damage PvP talent.
Burrow is an immunity defensive which can also deal moderate damage.
Shamanism is a great Haste buff for your and your teammate to benefit from Heroism/ Bloodlust.t.
