Fury Warrior Leveling Guide from 1 to 80 — The War Within (11.0.5)

While there are many different options featured throughout the talent tree, there are not a whole lot of choices specifically for leveling, so this standard leveling build covers players questing mob-by-mob and chain running dungeons alike. Note that you do not need Thunder Clap or Crackling Thunder until unlocking hero talents at level 71, so these points may be skipped and reallocated later if desired.

When leveling up, you should always choose the piece of loot with the highest item level. The only exception to this rule is if you have a Ring or Necklace with a slightly lower item level, but 2 secondary stats on it instead of 1.

To keep things simple while leveling and learning the spec, use the slider to select your level, and watch as the leveling rotation grows with each level!

When using our slider, note that some talents may appear sooner than you expect them to in the rotation. This is because we have two recommended builds above, each taking talents at slightly different times, and sometimes entirely different talents.

1. Cast Charge to initiate combat whenever possible.
2. Victory Rush for free damage and healing after killing an enemy.
3. Cast Shield Slam to deal damage, if still using a shield.
4. Cast Thunder Blast whenever it is available.
5. Cast Whirlwind to apply the cleaving buff when facing multiple targets.
6. Cast Thunder Clap to maintain the cleaving buff when facing multiple targets.
7. Cast Bloodthirst to maintain Enrage.
8. Cast Bloodthirst or Bloodbath to maintain Enrage.
9. Cast Rampage to spend Rage and maintain Enrage.
10. Cast Recklessness when facing large groups or strong enemies.
11. Cast Avatar when facing large groups or strong enemies.
12. Cast Odyn's Fury while Enraged for high burst damage.
13. Cast Bladestorm against large groups of enemies.
14. Cast Thunder Clap against multiple targets.
15. Cast Execute whenever possible.
16. Use Raging Blow for damage.
17. Use Raging Blow or Crushing Blow for damage.
18. Use Whirlwind against multiple targets.
19. Use Whirlwind to fill the rotation.
20. Use Slam against single targets.

The following PvP talents are recommended for leveling and doing solo / small group PvE content. You may find that different PvP talents work better for you depending on your playstyle. Experimentation is encouraged!

1. Barbarian improves mobility and reduces downtime. It is also great for leaping around otherwise unpassable terrain.
2. Enduring Rage helps build Rage and use Rampage more frequently.
3. Enduring Rage is rather niche, but provides a small bonus whenever crowd controlled.
