Gnomeregan Dungeon Guide
Gnomeregan is a Level 29 to 34 dungeon located in Dun Morogh, west of Ironforge. Despite being very close to an Alliance capital city, this dungeon features quests for both Alliance and Horde players and is beneficial to clear for both factions. This dungeon will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
The city was formerly the capital of the Gnome race, but it was eventually made completely inhabitable after the gnomes used a radiation bomb to try and clear out a trogg invasion.
Gnomeregan Entrance Location
The entrance to Gnomeregan is located in Dun Morogh, to the northwest of Brenwall Village. You will know you have found it by the irradiated, green troggs you see as soon as you enter the city.
Once you enter the elevator in Dun Morogh, you will follow the tunnel until it opens up into a large room. Stick to the left wall and follow this new tunnel until you come to the entrance.
Gnomeregan Quests
Before setting foot in Gnomeregan, we strongly advise you to get all the dungeon quests related to it. To make this process easier, we have written a separate guide.
Layout of Gnomeregan
This dungeon can be tough to navigate if it is your first time coming here. You will have to double back on yourself multiple times to ensure the most efficient path from start to finish.
When you enter the dungeon, you will want to follow the tunnel until you come to an open room below that you can jump down into. Do not jump down yet. Go to the left until you come to the event to spawn Grubbis, with Blastmaster Emi Shortfuse.
Once this is complete, double back on yourself and jump down into the room below to kill Viscous Fallout. Once this is done, follow the western tunnel out of the room until you come to Electrocutioner 6000. Kill this boss and then head southwest to Crowd Pummeler 9-60. There will be a narrow tunnel that heads south from the main tunnel and you can find the Crowd Pummeler there.
Once it is dead, double back on yourself again and follow the original tunnel you left to get to the final boss, Mekgineer Thermaplugg.

Recommended Classes for Gnomeregan
We recommend bringing a Mage to this dungeon, as their CC is invaluable due to the large number of humanoid mobs, as well as their strong AoE DPS.
It can be useful to bring an off-tank to help with some of the larger trash pulls and avoid overwhelming your main tank. A Paladin or Druid works well here.
