My suggestion is to download ElvUI. I have 50 characters to manage and it makes it easy.
Adjust everything to your liking and then save the settings as a profile. That way every time you log into a character ( either on your list or totally new) you just choose the profile and it is all set in place. It also saves keybinds so you can have the same binds across all characters. You can also set multiple profiles in case something feels better for when you heal or tank.
The initial set up seems daunting and a lot of work but in the long run it is cleaner and faster than fumbling throug
