As the ad agency is running different campaign in different countries/locations, could you please let me know where are you browsing the site from? Hi! Sorry for the late reply. In Chrome, could you try going to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Click on View permissions and data stored across sites Then, look for icy-veins.com and click on the arrow shown. When the options expand, check if pop-ups or the like are blocked. In my testing, when I blocked that option, the comments were not loading at all. I hope it helps.

Many thanks for your feedback and for your support. As we are improving our website's tech and switching from forum-style news posts, I am afraid the co-existence of the two would not be sustainable on the long term.

Indeed, the issue seems to be in Firefox only. As per our investigation and other reports found on Mozilla support about comments not loading on websites using the same comments system, the Enhanced Tracking Protection for Firefox is what causes the issue. Therefore, for users preferring Firefox, having the Firefox Privacy set to Standard and/or adding the site to the Exceptions in the Enhanced Tracking Protection seems to be the fix.

We are looking into this. What browser are you using (not that it should matter)? In the meantime, can you try to clear cache to see if it fixes it? Many thanks.
