Outlaw Rogue PvP Guide — The War Within (11.0.5)

Outlaw Rogues have strong sustained damage, excellent crowd control tools, and multiple ways to reduce the cooldown of key abilities, such as Blind or Vanish, allowing them to desync their offensive abilities from the enemy defensive toolkit and trinkets. It will be almost impossible for the enemy team to know when the Outlaw Rogue will next have their powerful cooldowns available, making it very hard to counter them and allowing the Outlaw Rogue to land a kill. Outlaw Rogues are also much tankier than other specializations, especially versus other melees, giving them more time to find a kill.

• Crackshot now also refreshes the cooldown of Between the Eyes upon gaining Stealth. Amazing quality of life change as Outlaw Rogues are now able to Vanish offensively when the timing is right without having to worry about Between the Eyes cooldown.

• New Talent: Supercharger – Roll the Bones supercharges [1/2] Combo Points. Damaging finishing moves consume a supercharged combo point to function as if they spent 2 additional combo points.
• New Talent: Forced Induction – Increase the bonus granted when a damaging finishing move consumes a supercharged Combo Point by 1.
• Echoing Reprimand has been redesigned – After consuming a supercharged Combo Point, your next Sinister Strike strikes with an Echoing Reprimand dealing Physical damage.
• Subterfuge now also grants duration to combat bonuses that require Stealth and also have a duration that persists after breaking Stealth ( Take 'em by Surprise).
• Cut to the Chase now grants Slice and Dice duration, instead of requiring an existing Slice and Dice to extend.
• Feint no longer triggers a global cooldown when activated. Consequently the talent Elusiveness becomes a much more attractive option when Cheat Death is not required.

• Very durable.

Weaknesses

• Very prone to dying in stuns.
• Below average burst damage.
• Reliant on luck regarding Roll the Bones.
• Suffers greatly from loss of uptime because of Restless Blades.
