Below, you will find our recommended leveling build and talent pickup order for your Restoration Shaman in MoP Remix. There are various ways of leveling in MoP Remix, and the build we offer is versatile.

Gems are one of the unique ways to augment your character in MoP Remix, offering offensive, defensive, and utility benefits. On this page, we list the best gems for each type. To learn more about Gems in MoP Remix in general, check out our dedicated page below.

• Meta Gem: Funeral Pyre
• Cogwheel Gem: Blink for mobility or Dark Pact for survivability
• Prismatic Gems:

  Due to Resurgence you will want to stack Critical Strike for the most part, with a healthy mix of the other stats being recommended beyond that, although Mastery will naturally be worse if you are focusing on damage during the easy encounters, where Haste is better overall.

• Tinker Gems:
  • Brilliance (Personal Vers and Group Mana)
  • Lightning Rod (Group Crit)
  • Windweaver (Group Haste)
  • Enkindle (Personal Haste)
  • Righteous Frenzy (Group Haste)
  • Ankh of Reincarnation (Cheat Death effect)
  • Searing Light (Healing + DPS)
  • Deliverance (Healing)
  • Tinkmaster's Shield (Healing)
  • Vampiric Aura (Healing)
  • Cold Front (Healing + Enemy Reduction)
  • Static Charge (Healing + DPS)
  • Slay (DPS)
  • Fervor (DPS)
  • Sunstrider's Flourish (DPS)
  • Explosive Barrage (DPS)
  • Storm Overload (DPS)
• You will be unlikely to loot the best gems right away, so make sure to experiment with whatever gems you get while leveling. Gems such as Fervor are especially powerful for healers due to their damage abilities being inherently weaker, and you will also have an easier time keeping yourself above 80% health, especially in combination with Vampiric Aura.

To keep things simple while leveling and learning the spec, use the slider to select your level, and watch as the leveling rotation grows with each level!

1. Cast Healing Rain (with Acid Rain) against 3+ enemies that will live through its duration;
2. Apply Flame Shock if it is absent;
3. Cast Lava Burst whenever available;
4. Cast Chain Lightning against two or more targets;
5. Cast Lightning Bolt as a filler on a single target.

Healing is much more complex to put into a simplified rotation, and in order to understand in-depth how to use your kit, especially at higher levels, we recommend checking out our rotation page, but we have added a short summary below:

1. Cast Riptide and Healing Stream Totem or Cloudburst Totem whenever possible;
2. Cast Chain Heal if multiple people in your group are hurt and close to each other;
3. Cast Healing Surge on damaged allies;
4. Use your DPS rotation (detailed above) if no healing is required.
